Bret D. Lubic

Bret D. Lubic was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and was raised in Washington, D.C.

Bret attended Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. His psychology studies emphasized childhood development.

In 1990, Bret graduated from the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. After graduating from law school, he began his career as a general practitioner in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. In 1998, Bret moved to Portland, Oregon and in 2003, started his own practice.

Bret's practice is focused on family law and estate planning matters. He handles cases in Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties, and the State of Oregon at large.

Lizbeth A. Leathers

Lizbeth A. Leathers received her Juris Doctorate from the Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon and her Bachelor of Arts from the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio.

Liz currently focuses her practice on Domestic Relations and Landlord-Tenant law with an emphasis on representation of landlords.

Liz's background includes experience in several areas of civil law, including landlord-tenant, real estate, family law, land use, business, contracts and trusts and estates law. She actively practices in the Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas tri-county area.
